Post Registration Checklist

After you have successfully completed your student’s enrollment, there are several items to complete prior to your student/s starting school. Please complete the items below.  Additional information will be posted to your student’s Community Web Portal (CWP) Account after you have created one.  This is where you will receive transportation assignments, classroom/homeroom information (for summer enrollments), and other important communications.
 

1. Create your Community Web Portal (CWP) Account

East Pennsboro Area School District uses the Sapphire Community Web Portal to communicate important information to parents.  This access will also allow you to view information about your student.  Please visit this link to request access to the CWP. Please look to the LEFT of the page to create your CWP account

2. Create your child’s school meal account

Please visit Dining Services…

  • for information on setting up a mySchoolBucks.com® account
  • for information on applying for Free or Reduced Price Meals (If enrolling during the summer break, please wait until after August 1st to apply for Free or Reduced Price Meals for the upcoming school year.)
  • to view menus and services offered
 

3. Visit your child’s school for other important information

EPAHS: Your child’s school counselor will contact you to schedule an appointment for course selection.

EPAMS: If enrolling during an academic year, your child’s school will contact you to inform you of his/her homeroom and team assignment.  If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.

EPE: If enrolling during an academic year, contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment for academic assessment. If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.

WCH: If enrolling during an academic year, contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment for academic assessment. If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.


4. Review the Chromebook 1:1 Initiative (grades 5-12)

All students in grades 5-12 will receive a Google Chromebook.  Please click here for important documents regarding this program and to obtain the forms required to be completed for your student to receive his/her equipment.
