Katelynn Edger

Katelynn Edger has served as the Director of Communications for East Pennsboro Area School District since April 2020.  Katelynn received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with concentrations in Management and Marketing in 2017, and her Bachelor’s degree in Music Education in 2010.  Both of her degrees were from Elizabethtown College.  Katelynn is also an active member of the Mechanicsburg-North Rotary Club. 

Prior to joining EPASD, Katelynn worked in the non-profit sector, most recently at YWCA Carlisle as their Fund Development Manager and Interim Executive Director. She brings to EPASD a great deal of experience in marketing and communications, donor and corporate relations, and writing and managing grants at the federal, state, and local levels. Katelynn has been an active member of the Carlisle Kiwanis Club Board of Directors for a number of years and has served in numerous committees and groups advocating for equality, racial and social justice, and underserved youth in Cumberland County.

Katelynn lives in Carlisle with her husband Paul and sons Connor and Aiden.  She also has a Husky/Lab mix named Scout and a cat named Ellie.  She enjoys traveling, music, reading, crafting, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
