At the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on June 20, 2024 amendments and additions were made to the posted agenda. A summary of those additions and amendments are below:

Add Item 20 b. (forgotten item due to timing)

Consider approval of the nomination and election of Board Treasurer for the 2024 – 2025 fiscal year term.

Amend Item 15b (add solicitor review of contract and approval)

        Original Motion -- Motion to Approve the Bus Patrol Agreement        

Amended Motion -- Motion to Approve the Bus Patrol Agreement, pending solicitor review

Amend Item 15c (provide further clarification on and authorize cash payment)

Original Motion -- Motion to Approve Resolution 2024-005 for Cumberland Perry Area Career and Technical Center (CPACTC) for Future Borrowing

Amended Motion -- Motion to Approve Resolution 2024-005 for Cumberland Perry Area Career and Technical Center (CPACTC) for Future Borrowing (if required based on finances) and authorize a cash payment to the CPACTC for the district obligation.
