Student Accounting
After you have successfully completed your student's enrollment, there are several items to complete prior to him/her starting school. Please complete the items below.  Additional information will be posted to your student's Community Web Portal (CWP) Account after you have created one.  This is where you will receive transportation assignments, classroom/homeroom information (for summer enrollments) and other important communications. 
  • 1. Create your Community Web Portal (CWP) Account

  • 2. Create your child's school meal account

  • 3. Visit your child's school for other important information

    EPHS: Your child's school counselor will contact you to schedule an appointment for course selection.

    EPMS: If enrolling during an academic year, your child's school will contact you to inform you of his/her homeroom and team assignment.  If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.

    EPE: If enrolling during an academic year, contact your child's school to schedule an appointment for academic assessment. If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.

    WCH: If enrolling during an academic year, contact your child's school to schedule an appointment for academic assessment. If enrolling during the summer break, please attend the new student orientation and parent information nights.

  • 4. Review the Chromebook 1:1 Initiative (grades 5-12)

    All students in grades 5-12 will receive a Google Chromebook.  Please visit this page to view important documents regarding this program and to obtain the forms required to be completed for your student to receive his/her equipment. Click here for 1:1 Initiative information. 

    Information regarding this process will also be discussed during the registration process.
